New! Mindfulness for Managing Conflict — a training for Mediators, Coaches, Supervisors and everyone in Leadership

In the field of mediation and conflict resolution, mindfulness has long played an important role for many professionals. However, recent developments in the Bundesverband Mediation (Federal Association for Mediation) have greatly increased the visibility and importance of mindfulness. A year ago, some of us in the Bundesverband founded the “Mindfulness and Mediation” working group, and this year’s biennial Bundesverband Festival, which took place in the city of Hanau last month, proceeded entirely under the heading “Mindfulness”.

In order to specifically introduce and deepen the practices of mindfulness in the context of conflict resolution, my colleague Madleen Bernhardt and I have planned a 2-day seminar, which we are offering in cooperation with Konflikthaus Berlin in February 2025. Please note that this seminar will be offered in German.

Details and how to register can be found here:

We look forward to welcoming many of you at this training. And, of course, we would be very grateful if you share this link among your German-speaking colleagues and networks.
